During our operating hours (Mon - Fri 9:00 to 17:00 GMT), we will respond to all Timebank enquiries within one (1) hour.
Once we have investigated your service request, we will:
• Tell you exactly how we can help
• Give you a deadline for the IT or web services to be completed
• If we fail to complete the job to your satisfaction, you will not be charged a penny!
In making the Harlequin Web Support Solutions Promise, we declare our commitment to deliver superior service to every client. On rare occasions, there may be circumstances beyond our immediate control which prevent deadlines from being met. These instances can include: issues with Internet connectivity, server and/or hosting downtime, delays in receiving content and/or images from clients, as well as being unable to contact the client if further information is requested.
In the event we are unable to meet the mutually agreed upon deadline due to any factor that is beyond our control, Harlequin Web Support Solutions will complete the job as quickly as we can and will still guarantee your complete satisfaction.
